I am running a rugged obsidian 45 on my p320 with a 12lb recoil spring and it isn’t cycling properly. i have an obsidian 9 on the way. Will smaller can cycle or do I need to go with the 11lb spring.
Not sure if that's enough info to advise. its a bit heavier than the obsidian 9 but not by very much. Have you tried running it in the short config to see what happens? What ammo?

good point I forget sometimes the obvious is not checked. I would be supprissed if it ran at all wihout a neilsen device, but I've seen a few videos and sometime they do. I'm assuming the OP has some understanding of how suppressors operate and this is not the obvious issue. Unless this ammo is the only thing you intend to run I would start by using some quality factory ammo and see where we are.

I know nothing about 2A reloaded ammo. Never heard of them. But if I was trying to diagnose stuff on a the gun I would start with some name brand first quality ammo. Reloaded ammo leads the issues list for many issues. That said in this case they advertise 890FPS and that would be very mild stuff. Almost everything I shoot available commercially as 147g subsonic is hotter than that.

My P320 suppressor cycling issues were totally resolved using the DPM Recoil Spring system...their package comes with several springs you could try. FWIW P320s are tricky when it comes to suppressors....good luck!
