Want to get a second low backpressure can to share the load on my PCCs with my CAT MOB and was thinking about the Hux over the Mojave 9. I’m sure the Mojave 9 would be fine, but it’s about $300 more than the Hux and I don’t really need the modularity. I’m familiar with the flow through rifle cans, but the 9K seems to be a different design, lacking the large number of vent holes around the front, and being considerably cheaper than their other Ti flow cans. Not sure if it’s better or worse than what I’ve come to expect from the Huxwrx cans for backpressure and sound. Also heard it’s louder indoors than similar cans, although I get that shooting in an enclosed space is quite different than shooting outdoors in free air.

if you could just call the ATF and apply some juice to get mine out of jail I'll give you a full report. But in the interim I give the Mojave 9 really really high marks...

A friend of mine bought one for his AP5. It’s quiet. We compared it with my Ecco ten baffle and the SAW prototype. It was between the two in terms of back pressure, which is to say, quite low.

Thanks Dwill104 for the help with the ATF. The ATF came through today. I'll get it tomorrow. I have the 3 lug adapter so should be able to get an initial test pretty quickly.
