That R9 is going to serve you well. Invest in 147gr, you're gonna go through a lot of it. Yes, heavier than that is quieter, but it's kinda splitting hairs.

I think you also made a smart move buying a bolt .22. As long as you're feeding it subs, it doesn't really get much quieter than suppressed .22 out of a bolt or lever gun.

Ordered 500 rounds of 147gr subsonic last week, it should be here tomorrow. As soon as the rifle was ordered, I locked in 1050 rounds of Winchester Super Suppressed .22 today.

Of course this in addition to newsworthy “stockpiles” of ammo I already have. So feeding these things won’t be an issue.

Yeah, running supers through suppressed guns isn’t the end of the world, it’s just not as quiet and therefore not as fun. But quieter is still quieter. Razz
