My local shop says E-forms is not working correctly right now and you can't attach photos and fingerprint cards. It got overrun in the beginning or something and needs some glitches fixed. My two cans just went the paper route.

ouch that will hurt if the ATF gets anything like the promised response on efiles. It was down a number of times when I did my last one but I decided to just wait till we had a window when it worked. ultimately that took several weeks, but eventually it processed efile.
