Submitted a Form 1 on 07/07/2016 through eforms and received the approval today 05/01/17. Interesting however is every page is stamped DRAFT. It has the stamp and a signature, but the name is not typed out below the signature. Don't know if that is normal now or they were just in a hurry.

Give them a call or send off an email to them, it's not uncommon. Usually within a day or two they have draft watermark removed and the signature will be on there.

I submitted my last one on the 13th of July I believe, seems as if the Form 1's have slowed down/lots of people like me send off one last one before the changes. Hopefully in a week or two I'll get mine back.

I am very excited by this.
I have 5 cans pending that were charged on July 10
And 4 more that were sent in on July 1 (silencershop - no idea when check was cashed).

Yours are probably in the mail now. I called Friday morning about my remaining can that had a credit card charged July 13 (2 days later) and they said it had been moved to the examiners box.

I'm gonna call them on Monday and find out.
These have been a long time coming.

Ditto ... that's probably about the time I'll submit a new SBR ... I'm thinking about building an Archangel Nomad 10-22(G36 knock-off) and SBR'd would be cool, then I'd SBR my MP5 SD so I can move the sear around without having to turn it back into a pistol ... and maybe my MP5 K, but I really don't want to have paperwork drag out for a year ...

Called the NFA transfer section today, they are processing early July 16 transfers now, so that's probably why a few have come through, mine was cashed on the 12th of July so it's getting closer.

Mine was submitted July 5. A Silencershop purchase, so no cash date known. No word yet, but I'm hopeful it'll be any day now

Call the atf nfa section at (304) 616-4500
you need your SN for the can and the name of the selling shop, and the name you applied under ie your name or trust name. They can tell you the day the check was cashed.

Got mine today, form 4 Trust sent
Sent- June 24, 2016, I also had to email a signed copy of trust in late June. I might have gotten it a little sooner if it had not been for that screw up.
