I had no issue on Chrome this afternoon for my filing.

Latest update for me:

SBR on Form 4 Trust (from Dean)
Submitted - Dec 5
Pending - Dec 10
Approved - April 11
Return Postmark - April 13
Picked it up today

I also have a Form 4 suppressor I filed on Dec 4 but it took A month to go pending so I don't think I'll have to wait much longer.

6 weeks, you have not even gotten started even for just an efiled form1.

Looks like the waits for efiled form1s have gone past 12 weeks now.

I see that now misread it.

Form1 filed Jan. 12
Disapproved April 21.
Resubmitted April 22
Approved April 26

Disapproval for a typo on my part. Contacted the name on the disapproval and she said reapply and she will approve it with no delays.

I have to pay another $200 and wait a month plus for my 1st $200 to be refunded.

Had a form4 sent in Jan 15, check cashed a week or so later, went pending March 1st (whatever that means) according to the examiner of my form1 so we'll see when I can pick up my can.

Maybe I was just lucky, but my last refund for a form 1 error hit in the same billing cycle as the new charge ... it was government efficiency like I'd never seen before!

Tony,

Did you do it as an individual or a trust? I have two cans I am waiting on with a trust that I submitted in February and I hope that I get my stamps in June or July.

Hey Mike! This was through a trust. Approval wise that should be about average. I had an extra 6 weeks after approval waiting for it to get mailed. Frown

Okay, I am hoping that means from everything I have seen that I will get approval for my next 2 cans in June.

Seems like approval times are staying somewhat steady for now, but geez the time it takes for the stamp to get mailed has really crept up. Wonder if they've got the guys from the mailroom helping process/approve stamps?
