Right? I'm still waiting on a trust f4 cashed 7/20.

Get on the fifty! |
My trust f4 was cashed on 10/26 Looks like it's be a while. "Pickin' stones and pullin' teats is a hard way to make a living. But, sure as God's got sandals, it beats fightin' dudes with treasure trails." "We've been tricked, we've been backstabbed, and we've been quite possibly, bamboozled."

Wonder what happened to the expedited service using Eforms? I filed a form 4 trust 7/13 and a Eform1 7/11. Approval on form 4 11/19 and the eform1 11/20.

You know what this thread needs? More HUGE pictures that completely screw up the page formatting. Love those things!

It's really quite frustrating. Especially when you have had other applications which were recently approved.

Oh come on ... They just want you to see the whole gun! Really tho, it's too bad the form doesn't have some kind of auto re-sizing feature. My iPad sizes it so the picture fits on the screen, then you just need a microscope to read the other threads If you really want something you'll find a way ... ... if you don't you'll find an excuse. I'm really not a "kid" anymore ... but I haven't grown up yet either

I e-filed my first From 1 last night about 10:30 PM. NFA tracker is showing about 4 months right now. So... __________________________

Crazy, eforms was the answer to the long wait. Not, my Trust 4 came back before the 1 and it went pending 3 days later.

That only used to be the case. Then they hired more examiners and put a priority on paper forms to clear the backlog faster. In the end, I suspect they will all take the same amount of time when they get the whole mess caught up and sorted. Just different ways of submitting, that's all.

My first e-filed form (trust) for my first SBR took four months to the day. Longer than what I had been reading. But, way faster than my very first can.... (That was 11 months). Lateck, P220R-45-EQ, P226R-40, P229R-9-SCT, P239-357-SAS2B, P365-9-BXR3 plus some Ruger's.

Son of a bitch... I submitted a Form 1 online about a month ago, or so I thought. I hit the pay button, entered my credit card info and got the text alert 3 seconds later that the ATF gladly hit my card for $200. Hit the final submit button and it kicked me back to the home screen. Couple of days go by and I still hadn't received a confirmation email. I log in to check, on a Wednesday and of course it's down. I forget about it again until today and sure enough it didn't go through. Hit submit and the status changes and I get an email instantly. Cost me almost a month on my wait, not the end of the world, but still a kick in the balls.
