I know the law changed from Approval by chief LEO to Notify chief LEO a few years back. Here in Alabama we didn’t have to have approval but do we Now have to notify? Yes, notify is a a fed requirement, AFAIK. Still dumb, but much better than requiring their approval. ________________________________________ -- Fear is the mind-killer. You do not have to speculate on this. It is specifically section 10 of the Form 1. which you have to sign and certify. “So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong, and strike at what is weak.” | |||
