Looks interesting, wondered if anyone here has one of their models.

Interesting 3D printed suppressor and it has their XCR (Cross Chamber Regulation) internal baffle system reportedly reduces backpressure waves vs standard baffles.

I think the company is less than a year old so might be hard to find real world feedback. The founder left B&T which was smart for him given B&T's current troubles, but I would think he has some good experience and likely knows what he is doing.

The Traverse is long and HEAVY at 26oz. If you wanted a hard use can for an AR10 might be a good choice. The Latitude model is Titanium and half the weight, I would pick it if it were going on a bolt gun. Their 556 cans and Latitude .30 were tested at Silencer Summit last summer and scored really high. I think they are a company to watch for sure.

Missed the 26oz that is excessive for a pistol, still the interesting part is it's 3d printed, if the core holds up imagine the world that opens up for home brew 3d printed suppressors....

That’s a rifle can you linked, and it’s excessive for anything these days, honestly. If a 3D printed can is a new and interesting concept to you, boy do we have some good news for you. Razz

I still need to file some Form 1 cans, but yes, there are a number of files for similarly arranged 3D print cores out there.

Yeah, my wallet is shivering at me looking at 3d printing as a viable thing...

How on earth do you make a can that heavy not intended for belt feds? The Surefire RC2 which I consider a tank and has durability tested beyond is only 21.

Holy cow, I missed that weight. It looks like their 556 cans are 18oz for the full size (still somewhat heavy) and 13oz for the Compact, which is doable. How do they make the 30 cal option so heavy?

These new 3D printed cans do seem a touch heavier than the slightly older surface welded options, but 26 oz is ridiculous.

I had been reading a lot suppressors and most of the reports I read said a commercial grade
Direct Metal Laser Sintering Printer cost about $800k and could print a plate of 40 suppressors in 40 hours.

Here's Otter Creek's printers, he says each one can print 100 a day. They must have the newest tech. Impressive. Maybe SIGforum can go in on a group buy and get a printerWink
