I broke down and bought a Kuna. I foolishly thought suppressing it would be as simple as my past experiences in which I buy a SilencerCo muzzle device for an additional $80, mount it, slap on the can and I’m good to go. But no. I bought a Huxwrx Flow9 and now have zero idea how to mount it effectively. Tri lug seems sorta shaky and direct thread doesn’t really interest me. I was HOPING there’d be some muzzle device that’s functional even without a suppressor attached (like a flash hider) and I’d mount that and then be good to go. But I’m not seeing that. In addition EVERYTHING seems out of stock. So… has anyone mounted a Huxwrx 9mm can on a PCC and if so, what did you use? Thanks in advance.

Nothing wrong with tri-lug. I put a tri-lug muzzle device on my Kuna and had no trouble running it with a CAT MOB with a Resilient 3 lug adapter. However, now I’m on the Bixler mount train, and swapped over to the Rugged Bixler style RU3 mount, which will work with HUB cans like the Flow 9K Ti.

I'm not sure your concerns. Is it a Flow9kti? If so its HUB so I personally use trilug, I'm not sure what about that seems shaky its on a zillion things. So any hub system is fine if it fits. Huxwurx suggests you use their mini stitction taper systems if you don't like direct thread or 3 lug. As a side note I too have found Huwwrx adapters hard to find, but eventually you can get them. In the meantime just run direct thread or just use a third party system and take advantage of the fact that its hub. “So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong, and strike at what is weak.”

So if I buy that Rugged Bixler style mount (which I’ve actually found in stock) it will fit into my Huxwrx and then mount to any 3 lug muzzle device I choose to attach to my barrel?

Yeah that Stiction is what I had in mind. But man, everything is out of stock. Guess that’ll come down the road if I’m not happy with the Tri-lug. Appreciate the help, fellas. Thanks.

Yes, it does fit into the Flow 9K Ti. I’ve used the Rugged RU3 on 3-lug muzzle devices from various companies, as well as integrated 3 lugs on HK and B&T PCCs. Personally, I like the Kaw Valley Precision 3-lug.

Is there a KVP in Hub? The one I have is alpha and thus I think in this case he would need an alpha to bravo mount adapter? Which is of course easy to get. “So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong, and strike at what is weak.”

I meant the KVP 3-lug muzzle device.

OK sorry misunderstood I thought we were talking the suppressor side. Most of my muzzle side have been rugged, but there are a many great choices like KVP. I have a few silencerco and a couple of others and don't notice anything different about those. Thread length can be a discussion item. 3 lug barrels that's a different story. “So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong, and strike at what is weak.”

I added a Rugged Tri Lug muzzle device to mine in place of the factory brake. Normally I run a Flow 9k with a Resilient tri lug adapter (titanium to keep the weight down) and it fits fine. I’ve got a couple of cans with YHM adapters on them that also fit fine, but the YHMs are heavy. My only gripe with the Resilient adapter is it tends to collect a lot of carbon and the spring section will stick if I don’t take it apart every couple hundred rounds.

I ran into that too. I don’t have the same issue with SiCo or DA 3-lug adapters, just the Resilient titanium adapter.
