I have a very nice S&W PC 500 for sale/trade. Model 170231.
I purchased it brand new many years ago.
Here at my location, shotguns/slugs formerly were mandated for big game hunting, with the exception allowed for using powerful revolvers and specialty single shot handguns.
This revolver was purchased to fit into that former exception. Rifles are now allowed for big game hunting here, and I don't find myself using this PC 500 very much at all.

It's had about 300 rounds fired through it.
Most of that number is the Federal Premium factory load with the Barnes 275 grain solid copper projectile. It's a factory loaded reduced power level cartridge.
Bench rest/sandbags range conditions, the PC 500 will place five rounds of the above ammo into a group under 1.250" at 100 yards, if you're "man" enough to control it.

This IS NOT a revolver for the faint-of-heart or recoil intolerant.

This PC Model has a MSRP of $1949 today.
They are running $1700 - $1800 on GB.
Price for this revolver is $1375 and includes shipping & insurance to the lower 48. AK & HI shipping/insurance will be additional.

Shipped from my FFL in upstate NY to your FFL.

***I am selling the revolver without the Leupold scope***

Scope rings are included with the revolver. I don't recall the manufacturer of the rings, but they are CNC machined from ordnance steel, and for one inch scope tube diameter.
I have the PC soft case and original box.
The key for the internal lock is missing.

Send an email if you want any additional photos.

Thanks for Looking!

Scope NOT Included.

I will trade the PC 500 for a Ruger manufactured Marlin rife. But only specifically two Model numbers. Both in .44 Magnum, Model 70432, a stainless steel SBL, or Model 70903, Dark Series.
In the right trade deal, I might let the Leupold 2.5-8 scope stay with the PC 500. Send me an email, we will talk about it!
