This XL grip works with the 365XL 10/12 rd mags, standard 365 12 rds if you swap the base plate to flat bases, and the Macro mags but they stick out the bottom a bit. I used standard flat 365 bases for my 12rd mag and they fit flush in the XL. Still fit the 365 but have a gap from the lack of spacer.
The grip is just a toss in as I do not need it. I have Wilson grip modules for my 365 and 365XL.
