Added a 3.5” XM-18 Bowie with a working finish to the “Herd”.

There are some XM-18s available “in stock” on Hinderers site.

Oh yeah! Just what I need! Another Hinderer. Actually, I'm down to only four now, because I sold off three of them last year.

On an unrelated note, USPS tracking says my new plain Jane Sebenza 31 will be here today. That'll make four CRK's too.

I live 4 miles from the Hinderer knife shop. That being said I don't own one yet. He's a great guy. He just donated a knife to our fair board gun bash. I have friends that work there. One year instead of a company picnic, he brought in an instructor and the employees all learned to shoot steel

Wish there was more quality aftermarket items for Hinderer. Still, I do like his knives.

I'm trying to decide between a Hinderer and a Medford. The Medford is truly a beast, but I think you'd never hurt it regardless of the task.

The Hinderer is just beautiful and, I think, tough, too.

Just can't decide.

If you’re looking for a “beast” check out the Hoback Husky.
Here compared to my full titanium XM-18 3.5”

I'd also recommend Hoback. His knives and nice and I've had good experience with his customer service. Honestly, I've never really clicked with any Medford I've handled and haven't bought one.

The big fixed blade at the top is his MP6.

I'm jealous! I've been trying for a year to get a Ranch Hound Coin. I've talked to them and all they said was to sign up for an email notification for when they come back in stock....still waiting!

I know there’s a lot of hate on here for Facebook but if you use it for your own purposes and stick to the groups you’ve joined the bs is kept to a minimum.

Yeah, I'm not on FB....haven't been for years, but I may have to give in to have a chance at getting one. I appreciate the tip! I was able to buy a few of the XM-24's they've been releasing lately but their exclusive projects really have my eye and as hard as I try I'm too late or with this Project X release, had checkout issues. My FIL and I were taking shifts in 1hr increments hitting refresh on their website the day they were releasing the Project X's....I guarantee I was one of the first 20 people to see them post it, cause I was refreshing every 30 seconds to a minute...STILL couldn't get one purchased! lol I didn't get upset though, I knew how it would have these issues. They said they spent $1,000's on upgrading their servers prior to the release of the Project X and they ended up having 10x the amount of traffic they expected. Eek

Jurassic. It's about 1/4" shorter than a XM-18 3 1/2". Maybe a bit more ergonomic.

I have a XM18 (I think that's the model) with orange scales. I've had it a good while, great knife and scary sharp.
