My lovely wife has always trimmed the fat off boneless/skinless chicken during prep. Lately she has complained that the ceramic blade knife she uses was dull.



So I got her a new knife.



I think she will like it.

I have had an appreciation for the Shun Classic line since I saw Marzy’s chef knife. I think my next knife will be their 8” Western Chef knife, I like the thinner blade.
