I've noticed a few young people here in Pueblo out and about with a fixed blade in what looks like a pancake leather holster in the small of their back.

No, but it sounds like a great set-up for a baddie to take your knife and do as they please.

Same with any SOB type carry, just nope for me.

Younger “cowboy” type people but it’s usually a folder like a Case knife around here.
