you guys are too kind to me. i do have some plans for this new steel i have. i have awesome san mai stock that i will be doing some japanese inspired chef knives soon. they will be a might more expensive than my usual stuff, that steel is quite a bit more pricey. i have some great new designs in mind. one design is gonna have a nice S grind to the blade. those are not the easiest to get right.

These are truly more interesting to me then all the cool hunting or folder or SD type blades out there. I hope they are a profitable and fun venture for you.
I love mine.

thanks, fellas. yeah, these are getting very popular at the moment. they are fun to make, as well. i like watching the etched finish come to life on each one.

Very nice! Love the Burl with the etching. The boning knife needs to replace the Women's choice of weapon, instead of the chef knife in movies for protection. Very nice set!!

thanks, my friend. oh, this is not a great pic but it is the whole set that ships out tomorrow. i did the Chef in a darker maple than the rest of the set. just thought it was a nice finishing touch.
