I've only got a toe in the knife pool but I already know the water is fine. I find I like small well made folders and Autos. Think CRKT Squid, Kershaw Launch 4, and now Spyderco Dragonfly. Due to my grinding poverty I try to keep it under 100.00, any recommendations would be appreciated.

The Dragonfly is a nice little knife. Small, but still feels usable when you hold it. They also seem to have decent fit and finish, which hasn't been true of all the really small Spyderco's I've used.

"But," said Arthur, going for the big one again, "why?"
"Because if they didn't vote for a lizard, then the wrong lizard might get in."

The next one up in size, the Delica, is a long time favorite.



The fish is mute, expressionless. The fish doesn't think because the fish knows everything.

The Delica is my choice, I’ve carried one daily for 5 or 6 years as a work knife, it’s held up great, I carry a pm3 outside of work and it’s not a huge knife either

The Spyderco Tenacious is an underrated knife for the money, if you ask me.

Dragonfly and Delica both live here. I like both. The Delica is stout; the Dragonfly is light and easy for everyday pocket time.

I'll look into a Tenacious next.
