| Waze does it, numerous navigation apps do it, and there are speedometer apps as well. Any one of them will do it, and some will give you map tracking, and other stuff as well.

| Waze does it up to a point. I tried it on a plane, and it sort of got lost on the runways of TPA, but seemed to give fairly accurate speed up to just about takeoff. Not sure if that has changed, but I guess if you are driving over 150, Waze doesn't want to know about it

It seems to me that any law that is not enforced and can't be enforced weakens all other laws.
