Truly a business model to follow!!
It's been voted #1 for the third straight year! I had some 2 days ago.
I went from no Chik-fil-a in town to three now. The last and closest one is 9 min. away.
What I've observed since finally being able to partake after all this talk about CFA for years on SF. Happy customers. Happy workers. Like one big happy home for people away from home. Lots of people. Lots of people patiently waiting in line. Is there such a thing? There is at CFA. I've been to two of the three in town and the line has always been to the door.
ETA: The other I've not been to, I heard in it's first week, the line of cars from the drive-through went up the ramp of the xpressway to which it was situated.
