Originally they said he could keep his behavioral specialist/psychiatrist but that isn’t the case. A few other things that I’m not sure is a problem yet.

I would press the issue. That is BS in my opinion. Marky already has an existing relationship. Is this about the money or control??
I would ask your current psychiatrist what he/she thinks about this.
