Aluminum handles with steel jaws, no markings of any kind, cheaply made as it is riveted together.

First answer! YellowJacket aced it.

My dad used to rebuild the vertical shaft Briggs lawnmower engines for use on our trimming mowers. When they finally let go by passing a ring, breaking the crankshaft or piston rod, we would just bolt another rebuilt on to the mower deck and keep going.

Yep.

Google Lens is the new name for the old Google Reverse Image Search.

Great for quickly identifying some unknown item or person in a photo.

The 2 minute lag doesn’t beat the record though but it probably took you that long from the time he posted to you opening the thread.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

I had a general idea of what kind of tool it was but Google Lens led me to the specific tool.
