Has to be somewhere in a government bureaucracy, like your local friendly zoning and planning. Or perhaps he is in local elected office. City council members can get rather worked up at the police. Then again, he didn't say "Do you know who I am??!", so that can't be it. A real enigma.

I tried to watch the video, but couldn’t do it. The stupid was just too strong to take. Skipped ahead to catch the window break, was disappointed that he didn’t get tased out of his seat. That much stupid should hurt a lot more. I feel much stupider for having watched the few minutes that I did. Oh well…
