Prepare to witness the two stupidest people you've seen today. Neither of them appear to have a triple digit IQ. As a matter of fact, I don't think they reach triple digits if you added the two together. Damn

It's too bad the police didn't have a K-9 chomping on the driver's belligerent ass.
