Who should be able to vote?

With so much stupidity and ignorance on display from so many Americans this year, should there be restrictions on who can and can't vote? And what would they be? Or maybe none are needed. What do think?

There will always be stupid. Just make elections are without fraud.

No problem requiring ID to vote.

No one on government assistance should be allowed to vote. They will always vote for more aid while the rest of us work our asses off.

Any American citizen, 18 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or GED, that has not been convicted off a felony, can produce a valid picture I.D., and is properly registered to vote.

All voting in person, with absentee voting allowed only in cases of inability to be at their appropriate voting precinct due to physical disability, or military service or other out-of-area employment.

Of legal age (18+), without felony convictions, with ID. Who's to say, beyond those basic requirements, who is or is not "worthy?"
