Ordered something for my parents. USPS got it to Nashville then sent it to Washington DC for a week before getting it back to Tennessee. Package looked terrible.

Well, I got a survey two days ago, asking about my appeals experience. If they don't contact me after that, then I know they really don't read anything. But I will finish the letter I've started and get it to the appropriate person.
