Millions of 'em; these are just a few.

Classics:
Citizen Kane
Gone With the Wind
To Kill a Mockingbird

Popular:
No Country for Old Men
Any John Wick
Almost anything from the Cohen Brothers
Starship Troopers
Super Troopers
Most of what passes for comedy in the last 20 years
Anything involving a bachelor party, Will Farrell or Adam Sandler.

I just don't go to the movies much, and don't care much for modern movie making.

I'll watch Casablance, Patton, the classic Star Wars, and other's for entertainment, but I am not a "movie" guy, so there's tons of stuff I haven't seen.

"I vowed to myself to fight against evil more completely and more wholeheartedly than I ever did before. . . . That’s the only way to pay back part of that vast debt, to live up to and try to fulfill that tremendous obligation."

Alfred Hornik, Sunday, December 2, 1945 to his family, on his continuing duty to others for surviving WW II.

The Maltese Falcon, On the Waterfront, and just about any classic musical you can think of. I tried to get my daughter to watch The Sound of Music with me but we didnt make it past 20 minutes in.

There are a lot of popular modern movies that I haven't seen, so limiting myself to just the films that are commonly considered classics:
- Cool Hand Luke
- Godfather 2 and 3 (loved the first, just haven't gotten around to the sequels)
- Seven Samurai

Me too. I took a date to see it in a theater and we both were very impressed by it. I've seen it a couple of times since.

One I haven't seen is The Guns of Navarone. I see that it's on Netflix so I'll watch it soon.

A few minutes of "Good Will Hunting" was more than I could stand.

Same for "Terms of Endearment".

Any Tarantino since "Pulp Fiction".

My list would be too long to list, starting with ET. I haven't been in a movie theater in 40 years, and have none of the movie channels on my TV.

Lord of the Rings. I guess there's three.

I tried watching Citizen Kane three times but couldn't get very far, so I guess it counts as never watching it. The same goes for 2001: A Space Odyssey. Tootsie and Twilight both come to mind as popular, financially successful movies that I never saw.

The Big Lebowski

I've put it on my server, and am awaiting the right time to watch it. IOW, when my wife will leave me alone to watch it without her ruining it for me. Preferably when she is visiting her folks, and I can have my brother over.

I admit that I have not watched most of the movies listed in this thread, but probably the most famous would be Gone With the Wind (I've not read the book, either). I've not watched Citizen Kane, any of the slasher/modern horror movies (I have seen Boris Karloff), and any "chick flick". Like sigcrazy7, I've not seen The Big Lebowski (and don't even know what it's about). I only recently watched all 3 John Wick films on cable--the action is incredible, if unbelievable. I have only seen a few modern science fiction/fantasy movies--first 2 Star Wars, some Star Trek, Starship Troopers (very unsatisfying, didn't follow the excellent book well at all, but it did have 1750 great muzzle flashes!). I'm not into gore--I watch action movies for gunfire, not blood.

I have tried 3 times to watch "Hud" and walked out of the theater all 3 times. I cannot fathom what others see in it.

There are a ton of famous movies I've never seen. No Wizard of Oz, no Godfathers, only bits and pieces of Star Wars prequels as well as the latest Disney ones, no Goodfellas, no English Patient, and many more. I tried to watch Lawrence of Arabia, but those endless scenes of guys riding camels across the desert bored me.
