I made a similar comment to my boss earlier today.
That Google puts up their 'doodles' for obscure unknown people's 267th birthdays, but only a tiny icon at the bottom of the page for today.

Had lunch at Google once. This is an exaggeration and tongue in cheek. But has some basis in first impression. Do any Americans work there?

I see a small flag on Google, a large one on Bing, and none at all on duckduckgo.
