I find it kind of ironic on the subject of "tolerance".
It wasn't long ago when the subject of gay-marriage was prominent.
Anyone who didn't support it was cast off as much worse than intolerant.
This was rampant on this forum unfortunately.
So this is not exclusive to the left although they have perfected it for sure.
You can still be respectful but it doesn't mean you have to change your core beliefs, at least I won't.
I think this is said well in the SigMonkey statement > "Acceptance and celebration, are not co-equal to tolerance".
It would be wise for all to heed.
