You may be mixing up TEMPO vs. TIME SIGNATURE. I *think* 4/4 means there are four ¼ beats in a measure. Your TEMPO legend may say q = 60, meaning you count sixty of the quarter beats per minute. Your linked song is cooking along at 160bpm, and may be easier to count as two half-notes per measure. "A-one-da-and-a-two-da" | |||
