Wife said lets do something a little different this year so I bought a boneless turkey breast that was brined and then wrapped it with over a pound of thick sliced bacon....About two hours on the Kamato grill at 275F and a couple of small pieces of Cherry wood for flavor resulted in an internal temp. of 165F (Recommended internal temp for poultry) and let it rest for 20 mins......We just tore this thing up.....Happy Bacongivings Everyone....Mark

Dammit, why didn't I do that today. Mine is smoking as I'm typing this. I have apple and cherry wood with a slightly sweet rub. Next time for sure. Looks really good. Enjoy and happy turkey day, with bacon.
I'd rather be hated for who I am than loved for who I'm not.

If there are any leftovers, thin sliced turkey, whole berry cranberry sauce on your favorite bread.
If you're goin' through hell, keep on going. Don't slow down. If you're scared don't show it. You might get out before the devil even knows you're there.
