Just a curiosity question.

Neighbor just mounted this on the back side of his house. Roof slope would appear to block it from receiving well from the front or sides of the house, and there is nothing for miles on the open back side.

I don't see him often, so I haven't had a chance to ask him yet. Again just a curiosity question.

Thanks

Appears to be wireless Internet antenna. There is a smaller yagi inside that case.

How’s the cell phone reception in your area? Looks an antenna used a part of a system for getting better cell phone reception inside the house like this: Link.

Agreed on Cell phone antenna. Does not look like a wireless internet antenna. That mount would be perfect for a 4X4 MIMO 5g Cell Internet Antenna. I have one, but it's window mounted.

4X4 MIMO

The cell reception inside this house sucks.......1 bar....I've been told it is due to the roofing materials. So most calls are on WiFi, which works OK.

It just seems like strange place for it, on the back side of the house.

Thanks.

My 4X4 Mimo antenna is on a back window of our house facing East. Closest cell tower is to our east. I have T-Mobile. Someone with AT&T would use a different tower if 5G Internet Home service was available.

And I can't seem to remember how to get the image from Imgur to post correctly, it has been a while.

Thanks.

Cell signal antenna. We have and identical one on our gate house at the gun club for Verizon service to the gate computer.
