OK, I am on site in southern WV, Appalachian Power Co.

Need to know cable size from the meter to the panel (about 9-10' total) for a 200A single phase, three wire connection.

Thanks,

from Chris in the middle of nowhere...

do you need an answer to check up on work someone else did?

Do not necessarily attribute someone's nasty or inappropriate actions as intended when it may be explained by ignorance or stupidity.

4/0 AL or 2/0 CU for residential. 250MCM AL or 3/0 CU for commercial.
