More like pushed his face back, but either way she’s angry and he’s cucked.

Maybe there were more lined up behind her, like in the movie "Airplane".

That dude is always getting slapped, he deserves it. It was just a couple years ago a guy pimp slapped him and it was mainstream news for a day or two

No, no, no… y’all totally misunderstood this “playful” interaction as the loving couple “decompressed”…

Per Fox News (citing AP report):

https://www.foxnews.com/world/...uple-arrives-vietnam

” We are squabbling and, rather, joking with my wife," he said, according to the AP, adding that the incident was being overblown into "a sort of geo-planetary catastrophe."

The French leader argued that the images and reaction to them offered a cautionary tale about disinformation in the social media age.

"Everyone needs to calm down," he said.

Macron's office also downplayed the interaction.

"It was a moment where the president and his wife were decompressing one last time before the start of the trip by horsing around. It’s a moment of complicity. It was all that was needed to give ammunition to the conspiracy theorists," his office said, according to the AP.

Macron's office also reportedly told CNN that the clip showed a "moment of togetherness," and that the French president and his wife were unwinding after a long trip and playfully teasing each other.

If that is just playful horsing around, I hope monsieur has a safe word for date nights…

Wasn’t playful by the look on his face before he smiled.

That video reminds me of man hands from Seinfeld

Yup. That’s a you-caught-us forced smile. Did you see them walking down the stairs of the plane? No hand holding. In fact, their hands didn’t even touch.

Looked to me like he said something jestful that she might not have liked. And she pushed off against him, like hush your mouth. As much as I do not like Macron I do not think that it is as serious as it looks. I have done that to my wife I bunch of times. Keeps things spicy.

As well as the ignored arm offer.

Him going back towards her and out of the door way, before coming back out to exit seems like another clue I’m guessing the conversation was something like ”Get it together, they just saw that!” or maybe ”Please don’t hurt me, I’m sorry, I’m sorry I mad you mad, I’ll try to be better “

Reminds me of the old joke…

“What do you tell the French president with two black eyes?”

“Nothing, she already told him twice…”
