There wouldn't be anything attached.
And yes verification is part of the process.
I had to get a little stricter with the registration process because I was getting LOADS of just nonsense/bullshit bot users who would post crap.
So now any user registration going thru verification... then approval manually by me.

Am currently down due to moving my home.

Any pics linked from my site to the forum here are currently broken as hell.

This is due to the SSL upgrade that Para did to the forum recently.
In order to fix this, I simply have to add SSL capability to my site.

However, I've decided during this adventure that it's time to do some software and hardware upgrades at the same time.

I've got the web service up and running (with SSL) on the new system.
Am currently working on migrating all the photos and permissions and stuff over.

Will update again once I get this thing settled.

OK redirects (http to https) are still busted - so old links are not working.
Also I'm missing some module on the gallery software it looks like... (for image resizing)

It appears to be down or unreachable right now. "Ping" times out.

"Whois" shows that the domain registration is still valid, good until April of the coming year.
