Do people not realize that if you don’t act like a complete asshat the vast majority of police interactions for stuff like this is completely painless. Jesus people are stupider by the day.

The last time I was pulled over I was “playing with the Porsche” and I got nailed dead to rights.

Cops asks the standard do you know why I pulled you over blah blah and I just hung my head and said sigh……yeah………and chuckled.

He took my stuff and just said let me go make sure you’re not a murderer with a laugh. He came back and said good news your not a murderer and just said if he had a car like this he’d play with it too but we all have to be careful and remember there are they people on the road blah blah(and he was absolutely right) and just said have a good one and keep the speed down.

No muss no fuss. If he’d have given me a ticket that would have been fine too (I deserved it). Point is I wasn’t an asshole out of the gate and I made his life easier….like a normal human he returned that courtesy back to me.

If you start with asshole don’t be surprised if you get asshole squared back.

"Ohio woman jailed after kicking officer in groin during traffic stop"

https://www.kiro7.com/news/tre...JNZHIRNAQ2X34NS7UDU/

October 18, 2022 at 7:45 pm

STRUTHERS, Ohio — An Ohio woman, arrested during a Sunday morning traffic stop, is accused of punching a police officer in the chest and kicking another in the groin.

According to a police report, 31-year-old Miranda Fairchild of Struthers was pulled over after an officer noticed her driving erratically with a headlight inoperable, WKBN-TV reported.

Fairchild then yelled at the officer attempting the traffic stop and reportedly punched the officer in the chest through an open car window, according to the TV station.

Fairchild is also accused of kicking another officer in the thigh and groin while authorities attempted to secure her in a police cruiser, WKBN reported.

Once inside the cruiser, police say Fairchild kicked the partition between the front and back seat and banged her head on the cruiser’s rear window, WFMJ-TV reported.

Fairchild was transported to the Mahoning County Jail and later charged with felony assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and driving with a suspended/revoked license, WKBN reported.

I've been pulled over once in my life. The year was 1981. Riding shotgun in my buddy's 1968 Camaro doing 80 in a 55 in central Texas. 16 years old. Case of beer in the cooler, one in the hand. Texas DPS asked us politely to dump the beers in our hands and he took the rest and my Diamond Shamrock fancy styrofoam cooler. He brought my buddy's license back and told us to drive a bit more carefully.

In all, I was out about 9 bucks, and thirsty.

The cops had a lot of patience. In fact, way too much. Folks like her only respond to firm limit setting. Think Tag and Bag. You cannot reason with an out of control hysterical female.

Reminds me of a time I got pulled over after I didn’t stop at a red, turning right. Got pulled over and asked why and I was like ah we just dropped off the kids and we’re gonna go have dinner, I thought we were going to make the yellow, but by time I realized I wasn’t going to make it, it was too late. He ran my shite then told me to stop next time and for wife and I to enjoy dinner. I know they say don’t talk to cops, but I’ve been pulled over a half dozen times for different stupid shit, explained myself, and been let off with a warning. Cops are people and don’t like it when people are dicks or liars or fuck with them…

At least she wasn't a sovereign citizen that was "traveling" not "driving."

She had to have been on something, either alcohol or drugs. The whole phone recording bit in the beginning but she kept forgetting what she had recorded.

I think she threw up enough distraction with the psycho the officer either forgot to go through the Implied Consent process or just said "hell with it" and figured her assault charge was good enough, she's off the road tonight anyway. Going through FSTs, PBT, all those questions and the Datamaster, he'd still be negotiating with her.
