I don't care what the NY Trash has, but Trump needs to go back on the offensive. While it may be true that defense wins championships in sports, it's offense that wins in war. And this is a war.

I don't understand the obsession with everybody's tax returns. That includes the enemy's opposition. What are they going to show? So they made X amount and paid X amount, so what? It was established long ago that everybody has the right to minimize their tax liability by legal means. What Trump is doing is no different in principle than Joe Poorschmuck itemizing his deductions instead of taking the standard.

So the Tax Process is Broken?

Pot calling the kettle black. Being old I remember bits of trivial data:

the Clintons had gone so far as to deduct $2 for underwear donated to charities.

Warren was being deceptive like a good (D).

Warren's money is taxed at the capital gains rate, his secretary is taxed at the regular income rate, those rates are quite different.

I'm wondering how many "Independents" will be affected by the tax returns. I'm also wondering how many of the same folks will be affected by the upcoming(?) wiki email dump.

Damn straight. I'm deducting the old coat I donated to good will, my mortgage interest, netting out losses, and ANY other LEGAL deduction I can take. For a business to not do the same is preposterous. He has a duty to his employees and shareholders to maximize profits.

Don't blame the playa blame the game.

Besides the fact that the rules on federal income tax are set up that way, what about other taxes?

How much FICA, Sales taxes, permits, fees, licenses, has he and his businesses paid? How about all the people he employees? They all pay federal income taxes, without Trump there'd be thousands less jobs in America, which would equate to millions less in tax revenues per year times 30+ years. He's given billions to the federal government.

He's contributed billions in taxes to the government both federally and locally. He's donated to and sought contributions to his foundation. He has employed thousands and thousands for decades (those all paying federal taxes on their incomes). He's revitalized dumps/ghettos into million/billion dollar properties.

So Ms. Clinton (I use Ms. Instead of Mrs. Because we all know your marriage is a sham), what have you done to help the schools, troops, or vets? Please be very specific in all that you've accomplished. I will be supplying you with a 3" x 5" notecard because I can't find any smaller sizes to accommodate you list of contributions to society.

Yer pretty smart for a sparktrician.

I was heading in here to post very similar thing.

The amount that Donald Trump is responsible for moving in and through the economy in his lifetime is yoooooge.

Hillary and her ilk are lifesucking leaches and have and will drain wealth, health and life.

But short sighted, narrow minded lemmings with over productive uteri or shriveled balls in some woman's purse, will grovel at the feet of them.

That paradigm will never change.

Bytes is on the right track. A good portion of fools out there have bought into the victim ideology where they have been told they won't succeed because the deck is stacked against them. These people won't amount to anything because they don't believe they are capable of anything greater than their shitty little life. They don't care if they steal others wealth via taxes and government. I have nothing but contempt and anger towards the race hustlers, the America isn't great crowd, the freeloaders and the democrat party which enables and empowers all those worthless fucksticks. It's a shame we can't deport all of them to a tiny island somewhere.

If Trump paid no taxes, it is because the Congress decided that someone who had suffered losses exceeding his income and gains would not be taxed.

Maybe he was in the wrong business. Instead of gamblng and airplanes, he should have concentrated on strong arming banks for speaking fees and looting foreign billionaires for influence. All profit, no expenses, no taxes!

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Trumps's tax returns are intensive audited by the IRS – every year. He ain't cheating.

But the NY Times ought to be prosecuted for publishing a stolen tax document.

It's called: working it! Who in their right mind would pay a tax if they could dodge it legally? Secretary of State Kerry registered his boat out of state in order to avoid the exorbitant taxes in his home state, Massachusetts. Hillary Clinton donated old underwear to the Salvation Army for a charitable giving deduction.

This tax "story" has no staying power and Trump should avoid it entirely. It will be gone by Wednesday if they just don't let the libs drag them down into the gutter. If Trump stays on the topics, he can't lose.

Even Saturday Night Live (of course) spoofed the debate on their opener last night, with Alec Baldwin as DT.

Even SNL keyed in on how HRC appeared to get the questions in advance and have prepared answers...actress blatantly looks down at podium and then something like 'Oh, this answer that I just thought of right now off the top of my head...'

Sheesh, you'd think if one of the oldest standing comedy shows was spoofing how you were getting an unfair advantage, you might rethink your actions, but I'm sure she won't, because she doesn't have too.

I'm having trouble finding a working link on the 'tube, you can search it yourself.

Please, oh please, to those in congress that are pursuing the her email scandal and the mishandling of the investigation, please keep at it! (If it were DT on that issue, those hearing would be getting played 24/7 by the MSM).
