Tonight's rally is in New Hampshire at a small school gymnasium. Quite a contrast to the 13K+ crowds Trump has been drawing at large arenas. A lot of EC forecasters are saying that NH has the potential to be the difference this year.

New Hampshire is an odd duck state. While they have been traditionally conservative, and it was very republican when I moved there, it is no longer the case

NH by and large is most likely going to go democrat yet again, due mostly to the large crowds of undesirable New Yorkers and Massholes that have taken over the state and brought their very own brand of socialism there

I was so happy when I left - I know there are a lot of republicans leftr in the state but they've been uniformly unhappy for the last 10 years and are sadly outnumbered

the state went downhill the day Jean Shaheen became governor

it will be interesting to see the results of tonights session but between the Hillbots and those that think that Bernie is the second coming, republicans have a tough road

Here is the after action report from a hs classmate who was there:

quote:
Hi all -

One word -- FANTASTIC!

Doors opened at 4:30 P.M. at the middle school gym -- Trump was scheduled to speak at 7:30 PM. My neighbor and I arrived around 5:45 P.M. We were surprised that there was not a larger crowd when we got there, but by 7:00 P.M. the gym was packed. Since we got there early, we were only about 30 yards from the podium -- everyone stood the whole time.

The event opened with a PRAYER !!! How wonderful was that! The first 30 minutes included rousing speeches from several key people in the NH Republican party, Trump's campaign, and our U.S. Representative Frank Guinta. People were cheering and clapping and shouting Trump-Trump-Trump and USA-USA-USA. Great crowd -- no protesters at all at any time.

The music that was played when no one was speaking was terrific -- and ranged from classical to country to hard rock -- had to appeal to everyone at some point.

You could feel the anticipation in the crowd and the mood was truly electric when Trump finally walked out on stage a little after 8:00 P.M. Eric Trump was with him and walked out to the podium briefly to make a few comments. If you have heard any of the clips on TV of Trump's recent speeches, he basically said the same things -- but it really had more meaning hearing it in person. He was warm, sincere and engaging -- spoke for about 30 minutes and ended by saying "thank you -- God bless you." He spent another 15 minutes or so signing autographs. I was close enough to see him, but not close enough for an autograph.

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

I watched the Tonight Show Last night not knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no gotcha type bullshit and the crowd seemed genuinely positive about Trump and his message.

Nice showing of Military support with Medal of Honor and other recipients along with Generals and others now on FOX/CNN (it must be killing CNN to cover this).

They (media) are all missing the point and hovering over a forthcoming birther commentary. Confused

Aftermath of the latest Trump Military news conference:

Trump: Hillary started it ~ I ended it ~ BHO born in the USA ... lets get on to business of Making America Great Again.

Fox News: This pretty much puts it to bed.

CNN: Whining and crying, why didn't he: ...blah,blah,blah.
Bringing on Democrats to cry too.

It's sad really what the media stoops too. Frown

It was genius though of getting his message with National coverage though. Cool

Harry Reid is having a little hissy fit on CNN...DT will NEVER be elected...

Reporter...[paraphrase] Aren't your comments a sign that you're getting nervous over Trump's recent increase in the polls? [Kudo's to the reporter for asking the question].

Reid: These polls are a joke, a joke...DT will never be elected.

And when HRC was up a couple weeks ago after the DNC, everybody was touting what an impressive lead she had.

Funny how the polls are "a joke" when they're not going you're way.

Update: Now three female journalists with about shoulder length blondish hair are each taking turns tearing into DT. And the footer is reading that DT falsely attributes the whole birthplace origin issue back to HRC and her bringing it up back in her 2008 campaign. So if DT's comments turn out to be correct, wonder if CNN will make a big ol' apology for the libel...guessing no. (Even tho they're insisting he should apologize now Roll Eyes).

Ashleigh Banfeld and Dana Bash(er) (IMHO) look to have certain style/appearance similarities to their apparently favorite candidate. We're going on about an hour now of DT stomping...

No bias there...

Time to turn the channel...

10 days until the first debate. That'll probably be the tipping point, provided something strange(r) doesn't happen.

Hill is an asshole (c word that can't be posted) with zero sense of humor or ability to joke about herself. Trump showed he is completely human and like the rest of us in spite of his wealth. Going on Fallon's show was a great move.

I said this before, regarding the image of Hillary wobbling and collapsing. We are an image-driven culture. Americans who won't take the time to learn about the email scandal, or Benghazi, or don't have the intelligence to comprehend those travesties, SEE her taking a header into a van. And that registers. Holy shit, she can't even stand up-- and she wants to be president??

Likewise the image of Fallon mussing up Trump's hair. The left has waged a relentless campaign to frighten people about Trump: he is Hitler, he is Mussolini. A Nazi! A Fascist!

Hmm. Would Hitler or Mussolini let someone publicly mess up their hair? (Okay, if Benito had hair.)

Trump good naturally letting Fallon play a little prank at his expense dispels the propaganda in one memorable image.

Kasich still bragging about being against Trump. (keeping it clean)
