Cruz and Kasich ought to be done and all by their own hand.

I wonder if Cruz will get re-elected to the Senate, I certainly hope not.

This!

Shame on John Kasich and Ted Cruz. I will not vote for John Kasich again, he has shown his true colors.

Cruz and Kasich are part of the establishment and the establishment is the problem. They are why Donald Trump is where he is today.

We need to throw out both of our POS Senators. Like most states, I reckon.

The best part of a Trump victory may be getting rid of a bunch of RINO Establishemnt Republicans.

apparently Twitter is actively censoring the #DNCLeaks hashtag that was #1 on the trending topics list before being suppressed. there is other evidence of similar nonsense in other political forums as well, and Facebook is getting in on the game too.

they're private companies so there's that, but it *is* yet another example of the challenges we're facing during this election. our opponents will do almost anything to win.

Good grief.

How short your memory is.

Recall Cruz, the ONLY Republican senator willing to stand up to the establishment?

Yeah, let's all forget that and go ahead and hate him. Let's cut off our nose to spite our face.

Cruz and Trump, oil and water. Never mind that Cruz is in fact a hard-line constitutional conservative that stands for the Second Amendment, fights against the "administrative state" instituted by progressives, and spits in the eye of the establishment. He doesn't like Trump so we should slander him at every opportunity and toss him aside next election cycle, no matter that he embodies exactly who we want in the senate and/or on the Supreme Court bench.

All this bitching about Cruz does NOTHING to unify the party. It actually harms future opportunity to achieve what we want -- rock-solid, unassailable, liberal judge-proof Second Amendment rights.

So knock that shit off!

We need this guy in the Senate. Or on the bench.

Thanks,

Sap

Trump ready to invest $20 million to end Cruz’s and Kasich’s careers

Donald Trump plans to create and fund super-PACs specifically aimed at ending the political careers of Ted Cruz and John Kasich should either run for office again, after both snubbed the Republican nominee during his party’s convention this week, a source familiar with Trump’s thinking told Bloomberg Politics on Friday.

The plan would involve Trump investing millions of his own money –perhaps $20 million or more — in one or two outside groups about six months before their respective election days if Texas Senator Cruz or Ohio Governor Kasich stand for office again. The source said Trump is willing to set up two separate super-PACs – one for Cruz and one for Kasich – and put millions into each.

The source said that Trump would be willing to invest tens of millions more if necessary to ensure his former competitors didn’t win another race. Of course, the ire that Trump has exhibited in the aftermath of the bitter nomination contest could fade over time, leading the sometimes mercurial billionaire to drop the plans.

I wish he would direct some of that money toward defeating Paul Ryan.

"The Donald" has bigger things to think about than Cruz & Kasich right now. MUCH BIGGER THINGS!
Like getting his ass in gear to win in November. OK, he doesn't like Cruz or Kasich....then don't send them Christmas cards this year.

I look at Ted Cruz representing Texas with envy. My Senators are fucking McCain and Flake.

Danky will no longer be a featured speaker at the Democratic Convention, but instead limited to gaveling the thing in and out, quarantined - so to speak, due to the Wikileaks release of the DNC emails. This thing is pretty bad for their Party, and gaining traction.

I wish they would devote that money to defeating anti American assholes who would burden us with higher taxes to support the people who refuse to be productive members of society, refuse to live in a society governed by sensible laws meant for the safety and security of others, refuse to put criminals behind bars where they belong, and refuse to allow hard working Americans to live their dreams...

Or we could just have petty feuds that get no one anywhere....

You mean Senators that are fake conservatives? Cruz really showed his ass over the past year, & Cornyn has always been an elitist career politician. Sure, they voted against Obamacare (after they voted for it), just like they vote for big bailouts & other big .gov issues. They are both typical politicians. They "say" the right things, then vote in line with Democrats & RINO Repubs. They are both slimy career politicians.

My memory is not short at all.

Yes, he is a Constitutionalist and I was excited to have him as part of the team, until I watched him take a pledge, along with the remaining candidates and then when he got butt hurt, he took his ball and went home. He did not honor his word! He has not done anything to help the situation.

While he may not have been a mainstream Republican, he is part of the establishment, the establishment that people are sick and tired of.

It would have gone a long way, had he offered his endorsement after explaining why he still has an issue with Trump. Instead, he gets up on the stage and shows the Democrats that the party is not united behind the candidate.

Cruz brought this shit on him self. Even the delegates I watched were not exactly on board with his decision.

I agree, knock that shit off!!!!

There were some who clung to the belief that Senator Ted Cruz could survive his belittling, too-cute-by-half, selfish convention speech. That group just lost a whole lot of members with this published story.

Robert Mercer, the renegade, outlaw (non traditional) political billionaire who determines where all other outlaw political billionaires go with their view$, has just delivered a non recoverable smack down upon Senator Ted Cruz.

Noted, of course, is the vessel (NYT) utilized by an angry Mercer – to deliver the message and drive home the scope of his rebuke:

(Via New York Times) In an extraordinary public rebuke, two influential donors who were among the biggest supporters of Senator Ted Cruz’s presidential campaign excoriated Mr. Cruz on Saturday for his decision not to endorse Donald J. Trump at the Republican National Convention.

The remarks from Robert Mercer of Long Island and his daughter Rebekah Mercer suggest widening fallout over Mr. Cruz’s convention speech, in which he did not endorse his former rival and, instead, suggested that Republicans should “vote your conscience” for candidates “up and down the ticket.”

“Last summer and again this year, Senator Ted Cruz pledged to support the candidacy of the nominee of the Republican Party, whomever that nominee might be,” the Mercers, who rarely comment in the news media, said in the statement to The New York Times.

“We are profoundly disappointed that on Wednesday night he chose to disregard this pledge. The Democratic Party will soon choose as their nominee a candidate who would repeal both the First and Second Amendments of the Bill of Rights, a nominee who would remake the Supreme Court in her own image. We need ‘all hands on deck’ to ensure that Mr. Trump prevails”.

“Unfortunately, Senator Cruz has chosen to remain in his bunk below, a decision both regrettable and revealing.” (read more)

This is HUGE…. Remember, Mercer bought and built the entire Cambridge Analytics empire specifically for Ted Cruz. Then Mercer purchased Breitbart to assist the endeavor; then Mercer put $11 million into Cruz super-PAC’s.

Billionaire Robert Mercer just crushed any future hope for Ted Cruz’s career (though we did think that might possibly happen). The use of “regrettable and revealing“, is a very key component of the statement.

Such a loud and visible atomic sledgehammer approach also means the similarly minded financial backers, like the Wilks Brothers, will find difficulty not follow suit and turn their backs on Cruz.

Left-wing political billionaires and right-wing political billionaires all travel in the same circles. Remember the exclusive Sea Island, Georgia billionaire meeting to “stop Trump”?

The potential ripple effect of this Mercer move becomes exponential.

Here’s where it gets even more interesting. Mercer taking such an aggressive position also thwacks the financial teams behind all the pro-Cruz, anti-Trump web sites.

If that ripple builds, and there’s no reason to think it won’t, Erick Erickson (Resurgent), Ben Shapiro (Daily Wire), NRO, the entire Salem Media Network (Human Event, Hot Air, Twitchy, Red State), and all the affiliated punditry (Hugh Hewitt, Jonah Goldberg) could be left high-and-dry.

The entire media Cruz Crew watching their career$ flu$hed down the toilet.

Financially dry.

Oh man, this is delicious.

Especially because Fox News is already going full moonbat.

Additionally, this could mean the following political Sea Island attendees are also forced, for sake of their own political reelection skin, to go “Full Trump”:

♦ Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (Kentucky), ♦ political guru Karl Rove, ♦ House Speaker Paul Ryan, ♦ GOP Senators •Tom Cotton (Arkansas), •Cory Gardner (Colorado), •Tim Scott (South Carolina), •Rob Portman (Ohio) and •Ben Sasse (Nebraska).

HUGE !

Oh bother, for a person who follows politics like insiders baseball, this development is better than Christmas,.. well,… almost better. Close.

‘Splodey !!

Lots of ‘Splodey !!

The Age of The Industrial Titan Returns.

Obama's half-brother says he's voting for Donald Trump
Published July 24, 2016

President Obama’s Kenyan half-brother wants to make America great again — so he’s voting for Donald Trump.

“I like Donald Trump because he speaks from the heart,” Malik Obama told The Post from his home in the rural village of Kogelo. “Make America Great Again is a great slogan. I would like to meet him.”

Obama, 58, a longtime Democrat, said his “deep disappointment” in his brother Barack’s administration has led him to recently switch allegiance to “the party of Lincoln.”

The last straw, he said, came earlier this month when FBI Director James Comey recommended not prosecuting Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton over her use of a private e-mail servers while secretary of state.

“She should have known better as the custodian of classified information,” said Obama.

He’s also annoyed that Clinton and President Obama killed Libyan leader Moammar Khadafy, whom he called one of his best friends.

Malik Obama dedicated his 2012 biography of his late father to Khadafy and others who were “making this world a better place.”

Can you imagine what we would discover if the RNC email data base had been hacked? More of the same nefarious shit no doubt or perhaps worse. Lets not forget there's plenty of the stink on both sides.

However if Trump uses this information correctly it could be a big advantage to him. He failed to use the email dump that outlined the how the DNC planned to smear him during the primaries and going forward. I don't recall him referencing it once.

Donald needs to keep being the pit bull and attack them at every discovery of this kind.
This is one election where a negative campaign is going to win.
