I wonder if the DOW will hit 20,000 on Friday.

Wouldn't that be an omen?

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

When you had the votes, we did things your way. Now, we have the votes and you will be doing things our way. This lesson in political reality from Lyndon B. Johnson

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

Florida man charged with threatening to kill President-elect Trump at his inauguration on Twitter was a close family friend of Bill and Hillary Clinton

Dominic Puopolo, 51, is being held without bail on charges of threatening harm against a public servant
Hillary Clinton was especially close to Puopolo's sister Sonia and mother, also named Sonia
Puopolo once gave $20,000 to the Democratic National Committee, DailyMail.com has learned
His mother was among 92 people on American Airlines Flight 11 on Sept. 11, 2001, when it crashed into the World Trade Center's north tower
Puopolo posted a video on his Twitter account that said, 'This is the 16th of January 2017, I will be at the review/inauguration and I will kill President Trump'
He was arrested a short time later at a Miami Beach Subway restaurant and admitted to officers he had posted the threatening video

Its been a hell of a rally since the election.

Rosie O'Donnell Calls for MARTIAL LAW to Stop Trump

One day the left will learn. They exist because we allow them to.

The left is weak. They talk about fighting but they have nothing more than words. they need others to fight for them and eventually we will stop doing it. They are so bold they think they can nominate a woman for president who will surround herself with the mothers of thugs who attempted to kill police officers and then always expect those police officers to protect them. They try to dismantle our military and appoint leaders who ignore the rules our servicemenbers must obey and then expect the members of the military to protect them.

They expect the military and police to protect them because they have no respect for either. They believe that the military and police are full of mindless sheep who will do whatever their leaders want, and so long as the left controls the leaders they think they control every member of the military and the police. They believe that they can crucify individual police officers and servicemembers at will and still hold the loyalty of the rest of them because they are smug enough to think that neither will ever think for themselves and will blindly obey any order.

One day though I believe they will learn. One day they will push too far and they will learn that our military is not populated by mindless drones. One day they will find themselves alone with nobody to protect them.

The Senate Armed Services Committee voted 26-1 to recommend General Mattis as Secretary of Defense today. So who was the communist twinke toed son of a bitch who voted no? You guessed it, it was an American hating commie from New York. Senator Kirsten Gillibrand.

Like the trash that is "boycotting" the inaugural, I'm sure her seat is safe. But if you really look at it the overwhelming majority of these rebel rousers come from Cali and New York. This tells us all we need to know about how they think. They think they are the center of the universe, and that the rest of us serfs need to listen to and genuflect to their ideology.

Well they are wrong.

I don't really worry about Obama trying to "organize" and gather hate for this countey again. He was sucessful back in 2008 because he had no history; no record. Nothing he could be pinned down on. Well now he has a record, a very visible record. And the American people looked at it and said NO. And we said YES to Trump.

Real hope and change. President Donald J Trump. What was Chruchill's famous quote? "It's not the beginning of the end, but the end of the beginning?"

I can't wait!

One day they will push too far.

Rosie thinks she wants the military to take a side in this but she might be real surprised to find out which side they would take.

I have not watched any news this week. Serious.

No way am I going to listed to obama on anything and I could care less about those who are boycotting the Inauguration.

I had recorded 84 episodes of old CSI:Miami shows, and have watched quite a number of them each night. Much more fun.

Come Friday, I will be in front of the TV all damn day. Hell, I might pee in a jar so as not to miss a moment of it all. Smile

Got it. That would be nice timing! I was just saying if we do tag 20K or overshoot a tad, I would not be surprised to see a reversal.

So that means some Dems voted for him if the vote was 26-1. Any idea who they were? My google-fu only comes up with stories that say Gillibrand voted against but not who voted "for". I'm guessing some red state Dems voted "for" with an eye on their next election.
