when I pointed out that a proposed law was unconstitutional to my State Legislator, he simply responded in a very harsh tone, "We don't know if it's unconstitutional until the courts say it is." So, that's how they think. . | |||

That has become the modern liberal approach. Violate the constitution at will and hope one of their liberal appointed judges abend the violation when it is challenged.
