Taking the emotion out of the original post, there are the deaths of two dogs described. One throat cut, the other shot. No mention of whether there might be legitimate reasons to put the dogs down.

How is it inappropriate to discuss whether there is a "rational" basis for concluding that this is animal cruelty in the first place. Are threads restricted to only those who agree? Only people joining the band wagon need say anything?

Back to the topic.

C, you are probably correct but they are asking for help in contacting the reps I listed. It may not do anything or it may be a tipping point. Supposidly the judge that let the original two off with a slap has now “retired”. Maybe the next judge with the pressure from the public will stand up to the Stanleys and not let a copy cat evil pos go this time. I wish it could be an eye for an eye. If they ever create a hit squad for animal abusers, murders, child molesters, rapists etc I will be in line to join up.

Now there is another incident just up the rd too.

I do thank everyone for taking the time to write in. This was pure evil for evils sake. And, yes I would say contacting the local animal rescue leagues wouldn’t hurt either.

Oh and Villa Lobos in La has been involved. I have been a supporter of theirs for awhile. They and many others were at all of the trials ans sentencing on the first case. But that judge was in the pocket of the Stanleys no doubt.

If it won't matter in 5 years don't give it more than 5 minutes.

I donate to local shelters but I will not give a penny to the SPCA. Their top twenty officials pull down salaries between $100K to $600K. Screw ‘em.

You don't need to donate to SPCA-- I understand your point about their salaries. But if you contact them-- no money-- they might be useful in that specific local situation.
