I’ve got a 2019 Ranger and get right at 22 mpg in combination city/highway driving. Plenty of power and lots of creature comforts too.

25mpg with a full sized truck? Forget about it. Maybe down Pike's Peak with a big tail wind. Even the so called mid-sized trucks are going to struggle getting near that mileage on a regular basis.
