Some of the old upscale neighborhoods still look very nice, but it is only a matter of time before the decay overruns them. I can't imagine kids in those neighborhoods today choosing to live there as adults.

Tomorrow: Canada avoids home invasion robberies by having owners post times when the home will be empty and leaving the doors unlocked. Then only "burglaries" if we can even call it that will occur. Robberies will become a thing of the past and statistics will drop to zero.

It would be helpful if homeowners would place their valuables by the door, arranged by monetary worth, in color coded bins. Along with appropriate shopping bags of course, and perhaps baked goodies along with a thank you note, for not beating, raping or killing me and my family.
