Put all pertinent info on paper, then take a picture of it with the phone, then use it as the image on your Lock Screen. Have the necklace indicate to check phone.
No one these days goes anywhere without a phone.

Rather than try to keep an updated paper list of medications, I tell patients line up your drug bottles and take pictures of them. This way we get dose, frequency, where you get it filled, provider who prescribed and how much you have left/ refills available. Easy

Paper lists get misplaced lost, buried in the black hole of a fat messy wallet or big purse, and frequently don’t keep up with changes.
