To watch on TV - Y'all might have noticed that I like college football. Especially Big Ten football.

To watch live - Minor league or major league baseball live (TV is OK unless it's playoffs).

To play - haven't played many sports since my mid-30s. I have been shooting archery every few months.

I used to play:
  • softball in church league.
  • a lot of volleyball in my teens and twenties. Also, was in a church league in my early 30s. However, I haven't played in years. I have a pathetic vertical leap, but I could always pass and set well.

I haven't shot a round of golf since buying the motorcycle. If I have 4 hours and nice weather I'm on the bike not the links. Frankly, haven't shot guns much since buying the motorcycle.

I noticed Fox is airing tag (yes, the children's game), but I'm not that bored or desparate for sports.

MotoGP. Rabin fan for 22 years. We will have races next month, finally.

Personal, riding sportbikes, and personal water craft. Most fun in life.

Then my annual surfing trip to Hawaii.

Weekly, weights, pool, and MTB. My life outside of work revolves around sport.

Now number 1, 2 and 3 is GOLF.
Then Pro Football but I expect that to take a BIG hit this year when it starts up ~ not gonna have much patience for the kneeling shit.

When I was a kid it was basketball, baseball, football ~ mostly playing rather than watching.
I later developed an interest in tennis ~ playing both in High School and College.

Then my interest dwindled a bit on the other sports especially Basketball which is the most political and now it is primarily for the benefit of black individuals. Eek

    NOW mainly Golf. Smile

You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. If you're not capable of great violence, you're not peaceful, you're harmless.

I played Lacrosse as a young man, but I don't enjoy watching it. Probably because I miss it.

My son plays baseball, so that is my love. I was actually burned out on the long days and long weekends but this covid gave me the break I needed. We're back at it and our boys won their 2nd tournament of the year last weekend.

And finally football. My alma mater sucks so it's hard to watch college football, but I do. My NFL team is on the rise so I'm looking fwd to that as well.

And I enjoy college basketball and ONLY college basketball.

    Hedley Lamarr: Sorry, I just remembered . . . I am armed.

It's always been auto racing, ever since I was a kid. Whether as a spectator or an active participant, racing has been it for me.

As for the rest, I will occasionally watch other forms of organized sports, but these days it's more the case of it being background noise than me actually following any of that crap. I used to follow the NBA but then Jordan retired for the second time, making it also seem like a good time to call it done and buried. When he came back for a third stint, instead of rejuvenating my interest that became the final nail. Won't go to events, like never, in large part due to their no-carry policies.

Watching- Motorcycle racing especially MotoGP & Isle of Man TT. The TT was canceled this year (it would be happening around now normally) but MotoGP is set to FINALLY start their season next month. My favorite team was looking competitive as hell before the covid crap canceled the season opener. Here’s to hoping they actually race this year.

Hockey, if you've watched a lot in person first, because it's really fast and hard to follow as a beginner.
