New Movie For Spring 2024: "Civil War" - Could The Left Be Any More Obvious?
I tried to watch this pig. I could t even make it through 1/4 of the way. It’s just… not that good and I’m a fan of dystopian movies. Acting was awful, the premise is absurd, stereotypes highly predictable, etc. Because California and Texas join forces to secede from the government I tried to imagine things were flipped and a Democrat despot had taken control and still couldn’t get into it. Very disappointing performance from Kirsten Dunst with weak showings from everyone else. Just awful.

They should make money off this movie as it most likely only took about a week and a half to make.

It really was just a depressing, awful movie. Zero plot to it at all. It only just made me sad watching it, seeing Americans at war with each other, particularly when they took DC with all the collateral damage that of course would come with that.

Then again, maybe that was the point of the movie. To show how utterly pointless and tragic another civil war would be.

But yeah, I hated this movie. I didn’t just dislike it. I hated it.

Ayup, bridge concurs Chief! I thought not only sad but how “not ironic” as the story was a demonstration of liberal projection wherein the media made the story about themselves…

The wife and I watched it a few weeks ago, we both thought it was dog shit and turned it off about half way through
