If you're talking sexiest woman in an isolated scene, I remember a particular episode of the Bionic Woman starring Linday Wagner. The final scene in the episode was just after she says goodbye to a guy. The look on her face was subtle but it clearly showed she was lusting for the man, even with her eyes.
