If you're talking sexiest woman in an isolated scene, I remember a particular episode of the Bionic Woman starring Linday Wagner.
The final scene in the episode was just after she says goodbye to a guy. The look on her face was subtle but it clearly showed she was lusting for the man, even with her eyes. And it came across as genuine which made it think it wasn't staged. It was quite a turn on.
That's how much it made an impression on me. I've never seen anything like it since even after watching hundreds of porn.
