Pipe SmokerCould turmeric fight off the pain of arthritis?
I have no foot, joint, or back pain, even though I’m “getting up there”. And I use quite a bit of turmeric in my cooking. PHPaulCan't speak to arthritis, but I've been taking a 500mg capsule of Turmeric Curcumin daily for a couple of years now and it really helps with my bursitis.

hapevoLook into golden paste. It's made with turmeric, ground black pepper and coconut oil. We make it at home and give it to our 16 year old terrier. He had troubles walking and now runs around the house like a 5 year old.
Golden paste also works on humans
