GT-40DOCAnything special for dinner New Year's Eve?
Nothing special for New Years eve supper, but hhave an 8# Boston Butt roast ready to hit the smoker early New Years day for about 8-9 hours with some hickory wood....yum!!

When I had the tile laid without replacing kit cabinets it meant I had to tile in the dishwasher, now I can't remove it to repair it. GWbikerStaying home. Too many drunks on the roads and DUI check points are everywhere in Pima county.
Gonna' grill a steak at home and wash it down with a 6 pack of Shiner Bock.
GF is pissed at me, so it will be a quiet evening.

ZecpullaIts Cold here.. I am making a big batch of Ham and bean soup.. There is a lot of ham left over but I figure you can never have too much Ham in bean soup. Also adding cabbage and potatoes, carrots and celery, and of course garlic.

SIG228Our neighborhood has a New Years Eve party at the club house where we live. It's a catered event with appetizers, dinner, drinks provided. We'll head over there for a while then come home and watch a movie.

Trying it sous vise style. Been playing with my new toy every chance I get. Works great for most things I've tried.

heathtxWe will continue our yearly tradition of a light dinner with 2 other couples at local Capital Grille. Best calamari I have ever eaten.
Early reservations, I like enjoying a nice early evening and getting home before 10pm.
